Maintenance Manager

Role Overview: As an experienced professional in the field of engineering and technology, your role will involve maintaining and updating the asset master, monitoring vendor performance against SLAs, ensuring compliance to defined SLA/KPIs, executing O&M activities for inside plant electronics (ISP), ascertaining compliance to health, safety, environment, and fire policies, proposing and implementing energy optimization initiatives, providing leadership to outsourced infrastructure maintenance team, coordinating with the network operations center for network management, ensuring adherence to quality management standards, and maintaining the reliability of the optical fiber network and uptime of fiber and utility equipment. Additionally, you will collaborate with the infrastructure maintenance core team for maintaining network performance and upgradation. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update the asset master - Monitor performance of the vendors against defined SLAs - Ensure compliance to defined SLA/KPIs - Execute O&M activities for inside plant electronics (ISP) - Ascertain compliance to health, safety, environment, and fire policies - Propose and implement energy optimization initiatives - Provide leadership to outsourced infrastructure maintenance team - Coordinate with the network operations center for network management - Ensure adherence to quality management standards - Ascertain compliance to preventive and corrective maintenance standards for fiber and utility equipment - Maintain reliability of the optical fiber network, uptime of fiber and utility equipment - Collaborate with the infrastructure maintenance core team for maintaining network performance and upgradation Qualification Required: - B.E in ENTC/ Mechanical/ Electrical Additional Company Details: The company is located in Kharagpur and is focused on the Engineering & Technology sector.
