Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager at our manufacturing facility in Faridabad, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of maintenance operations to ensure the smooth functioning of our HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems. Your role will involve leading a team of technicians, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - HVAC & Refrigeration System Management: - Oversee the complete lifecycle of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV systems, cooling towers, and exhaust fans. - Develop and implement a preventive and predictive maintenance program for all HVAC assets. - Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for mechanical and electrical failures. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. - Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance: - Perform maintenance on mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, and plumbing systems. - Manage the electrical infrastructure including panels, transformers, generators, and UPS systems. - Diagnose and repair electrical faults in control panels and automated systems. - Team Leadership & Management: - Train and develop a team of maintenance technicians. - Foster a culture of safety and adherence to procedures. - Evaluate team performance and provide mentorship to enhance technical skills. - Operations & Vendor Management: - Manage inventory of spare parts to minimize downtime. - Supervise third-party vendors and AMC partners. - Generate maintenance reports and track KPIs like equipment uptime and MTBF. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. - Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in industrial or commercial facility maintenance, with 3-5 years in a supervisory role. - Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, reading blueprints and schematics, familiarity with BMS and CMMS. - Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
