Sales Team Lead

You will be responsible for managing the Jio Home Delivery (JHD) operations in the JC area. This includes supervising various outbound channels to maintain high service levels for JHD customers. Your role will involve recruiting, training, and deploying outbound direct sales agents to meet the given targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting refresher training sessions on the JHD process and product knowledge for the agents. On a daily basis, you will drive Lead Acceptance and Lead Delivery to ensure smooth operations. It will be essential to maintain JC Level Master Configurations on the JHD platform, including managing agents, stores, PIN codes, and products. You will also be involved in JC territory planning to ensure full manning coverage. Furthermore, you will oversee and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for Home Delivery services. Your role will require you to suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will monitor and stay informed about competition/industry plans, initiatives, policies, and best practices to stay ahead in the market.,
