Job Description

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance activities for production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal disruption to production lines.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors for equipment and service contracts.
Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians and support staff.
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and cost-control initiatives.
Lead root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering departments to support manufacturing goals.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and maintenance practices in the automobile industry.

Required Skills

Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
Logical thinking.
Organizing.
Good in communication.
