Know more at: www.thehitechgears.com JOB DESCRIPTIONDesignation – Machine Operator (Apprentice) Role for 2 Years – Machine Apprentice Location: Manesar, Bhiwadi Eligibility CriteriaQualification: ITI Minimum Percentage: 55% in ITI Backlog Policy: No active backlogs at the time of joining Age: Must be under 25 years at the time of joining Height Requirement: Minimum 5 feet Residency Condition: Must be from more than 60 km from the plant location Tentative Joining Date: 1st June Job ResponsibilitiesProduction Plan Adherence Operate assigned machine(s) to achieve daily production targets as per the production schedule. Ensure timely start-up, minimal stoppage, and smooth changeovers. Quality Assurance Perform in-process checks and visual inspections. Ensure products meet quality standards (dimensions, surface finish, tolerances, etc.) using appropriate gauges and instruments. Machine Operation & Basic Maintenance Set up tools, fixtures, and job settings as per SOPs. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns. 5S and Safety Compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety protocols and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) correctly. Documentation & Reporting Record production output, quality data, and machine downtime in logbooks or systems (manual/digital). Report abnormalities or defects to the supervisor promptly.
