Luxury Sales Manager

As a Senior Luxury Sales Executive, you should have a proven track record in premium or ultra-luxury brands. Your role will involve understanding the luxury client mindset, excelling at high-touch sales, and fostering strong industry relationships. Beyond sales, this position emphasizes building enduring client relationships, comprehending their lifestyle requirements, and providing a personalized, consultative approach. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships by delivering a world-class, personalized experience to high-net-worth individuals, exceeding sales targets through consultative selling, representing the brand at various touchpoints, maintaining in-depth product knowledge, developing new business opportunities, staying updated on luxury trends, and utilizing CRM tools for clienteling. To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury sales, particularly within home dcor, high-end interiors, luxury fashion, or related lifestyle sectors. Experience with globally recognized luxury brands is highly preferred, along with a strong network among UHNWIs and design professionals. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, independence, entrepreneurial spirit, and alignment with APAS Home's design ethos are essential. Preferred attributes include multilingual skills, experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or interior design, and comfort with high-level events, client presentations, and potential international travel. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, opportunities for professional development, exclusive design and lifestyle event invitations, and performance-based incentives.
