We are seeking an experienced and results-driven *Sales Manager* with *5–10 years of experience in real estate sales*. The ideal candidate will excel in managing client relationships, closing high-value deals, and driving overall sales performance. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
As per company standards (with attractive incentives)
● Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
● Handle premium clients, conduct project presentations, and coordinate site visits
● Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
● Maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, and channel partners
● Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions effectively
● Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
● Monitor and maintain accurate reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance
● Ensure seamless coordination across teams for client onboarding and documentation
● Represent the company during project launches, events, and builder meetings
● Train and mentor junior team members to enhance productivity and performance
● *Education:* Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
● *Experience:* *5–10 years in real estate sales*, preferably in residential projects
● Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
● In-depth understanding of the Chennai real estate market
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets
● Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
● Willingness to travel within the city for meetings and site visits
