Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing and executing the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining the recruitment database, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers. The Recruiter will report to the HR Manager and work closely with hiring managers. QualificationsStrong knowledge of the full recruitment life cycleExperience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job portalsProficiency in resume screening and interviewing techniquesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain good relationships with candidates and hiring managersAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldProfessional certification in HR is a plus
