Key Responsibilities :

• Brand Ownership:

• Own and evolve the luxury brand’s positioning across all D2C touchpoints — including website, packaging, email, social, and digital campaigns.

• D2C Strategy & Growth:

• Define and execute end-to-end D2C growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and retention, while maintaining luxury brand equity.

• Content & Storytelling:

• Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to ensure consistent and aspirational storytelling that aligns with the luxury identity.

• Consumer Insight & Personalization:

• Utilize customer data and insights to craft personalized experiences and campaigns for high-value clientele.

• Partnership & Influencer Strategy:

• Identify and manage partnerships, tastemakers, influencers, and stylists to extend the brand’s presence among the affluent consumer segment.

• CRM & Loyalty:

• Work with CRM and product teams to launch and optimize loyalty programs tailored for luxury consumers.

• Performance Monitoring:

• Track and report brand health metrics, conversion performance, and customer engagement, leveraging tools.

Key Requirements :

• At least 2 Years of brand marketing experience.

• Proven success in

  D2C environments

  with an understanding of luxury buyer behaviour and long-term value building.
• Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility.
• Experience in digital marketing tools (Meta, Google Ads, Shopify, etc.).
• Deep understanding of storytelling, content, and community building.
• Ability to balance brand-led decisions with data-driven performance strategies.
