Role Overview:

You will be the voice, face, and pulse of Novella’s brand across clients, collaborators, and the wedding industry. Your core mission is to communicate with elegance, collaborate with purpose, and convert every touchpoint into an aspirational experience that builds trust, brings revenue, and earns long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

🗣️ Communication Strategy

  • Design and implement high-end communication workflows for B2B/B2C leads
  • Develop storytelling formats for WhatsApp, emails, presentations, and in-person interactions
  • Maintain brand tonality: minimal, elegant, warm, and aspirational
  • Be the brand’s spokesperson in interactions with clients, planners, venues, and influencers

🤝 Collaboration & Client Relations

  • Build and manage collaborations with wedding planners, venues, stylists, designers, and vendors
  • Pitch Novella across forums, expos, and planner communities
  • Drive client onboarding and ensure a smooth, delightful journey from inquiry to delivery
  • Build a strong recall system through follow-ups, gifting, relationship nurturing

📈 Revenue Contribution

  • Align with marketing and growth teams to optimize the lead conversion funnel
  • Convert collaborations into bookings and upsell additional services where relevant
  • Track and report lead progress, planner referrals, and client experience metrics
  • Retain and grow client relationships for long-term brand loyalty

🌍 Brand Visibility & Representation

  • Attend luxury weddings, expos, launches, and networking events as Novella’s representative
  • Collaborate with influencers, wedding pages, and PR platforms for visibility
  • Identify and pitch story-led content opportunities to media and digital platforms
  • Ensure Novella is always positioned alongside top global luxury names

You're a Fit If You...

  • Have prior experience with luxury, creative, or premium service brands
  • Are articulate, well-presented, and confident in both 1:1 and group settings
  • Understand high-end clientele behavior and how to build trust over time
  • Can multitask communication across multiple leads, planners, and events
  • Love weddings, fashion, people — and making memorable first impressions
  • Are open to travel, flexible timings, and fast turnarounds
  • Are fluent in English and Hindi (verbal and written)

Bonus Skills

  • Prior experience with PR, influencer marketing, or wedding content
  • Existing network in luxury lifestyle or weddings
  • Knows how to use CRM tools, WhatsApp workflows, proposal builders
  • Familiar with AI tools for personalization and outreach automation
