The Role

We are seeking a Luxury Brand Communication Head — a leader who will serve as the face of Novella

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  collaborations with wedding venues, planners, designers, influencers, and luxury partners

  that convert into high-value business.
• Onboard UHNI/HNI clients with emotional storytelling and trust-building.
• Represent Novella at

  luxury forums, wedding events, and investor meetings.

• Develop and execute brand communication and positioning strategies

  that differentiate Novella globally.
• Support the founder in

  investor pitching, PR campaigns, and growth storytelling.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Strengthen Novella’s reputation through PR, luxury events, and media engagement.

• Ensure brand consistency across client interactions, campaigns, and partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in

  brand communication, luxury PR, or marketing

  (weddings/luxury lifestyle preferred).
• Proven track record of

  converting collaborations into measurable business.

• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

• Strong understanding of luxury culture, positioning, and HNI/UHNI expectations.

• Purpose-driven mindset: long-term vision and commitment (3–5 years).

• Confident and reliable — someone who consistently shows up and takes ownership.

• Comfortable with 6-day work weeks, late nights, and travel during peak wedding seasons.
