Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning & Execution

    : Develop and implement territory-wise business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Direct & Channel Account Management

    : Manage and grow relationships with direct customers and channel partners.
  • Market Intelligence

    : Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to drive market growth.
  • Product & Application Knowledge

    : Demonstrate deep understanding of products and their applications to provide effective solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions

    : Deliver customized solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Outstanding Collections

    : Monitor receivables, ensure timely collections, and control overdue outstandings.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage sales pipeline and drive conversions to meet business plan targets.
  • Ensure pricing discipline and implement approved pricing strategies.
  • Achieve volume and revenue targets as per business plan.
  • Drive timely execution of marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ensure overdues and outstanding collections are kept under control.

Working Relationships:

  • Internal:

    Collaborate closely with the Head of Department, Supply Chain team, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • External:

    Interface with customers, channel partners, vendors, and relevant industry bodies.
