Website : https://www.ultramarinepigments.net/ Job Description Job Title: Industrial Sales (Domestic) Purpose Continuously stay abreast of developments in the Indian market with products and applications and acquire market share by understanding the customer, analyzing competitor activities, planning and executing business objectives for inorganic pigments Activities: 1. Plan and execute region wise sales targets 2. Identify market requirements in terms of volume, grades, specification, applications and regulations 3. Prepare and execute marketing plan 4. Maximise profit margin by managing product mix and pricing 5. Establish pricing strategies based on market, customer profile and grades 6. Directly manage key accounts 7. Plan and visit customers for a healthy and fruitful relationship and markets periodically for update on competitor, price and application 8. Mentor team for better performance and face challenges 9. Ensure credit aging norms are maintained as per organisations credit policy 10. Address customer related issues in terms of quality, delivery and service 11.
