Website : https://www.ultramarinepigments.net/ Job Description Job Title: Industrial Sales (Domestic) Purpose Continuously stay abreast of developments in the Indian market with products and applications and acquire market share by understanding the customer, analyzing competitor activities, planning and executing business objectives for inorganic pigments Activities: 1. Plan and execute region wise sales targets 2. Identify market requirements in terms of volume, grades, specification, applications and regulations 3. Prepare and execute marketing plan 4. Maximise profit margin by managing product mix and pricing 5. Establish pricing strategies based on market, customer profile and grades 6. Directly manage key accounts 7. Plan and visit customers for a healthy and fruitful relationship and markets periodically for update on competitor, price and application 8. Mentor team for better performance and face challenges 9. Ensure credit aging norms are maintained as per organisations credit policy 10. Address customer related issues in terms of quality, delivery and service 11. Plan and participate in exhibitions and trade fairs to develop new customer relations 12. Explore market to identify new products, new application areas and convert into business 13. Manage new product launch to achieve the objectives 14. Review team for performance and ensure continuous improvement 15. Monitoring inventory levels at warehouses 16. Ensure insurance coverage across supply chain 17. Prepare monthly and other periodic reports and present in MRM 18. Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey and initiate action towards improved satisfaction 19. Ensure system implementation and maintenance towards certifications and regulatory requirements Candidate Profile Qualification: Any graduation (Background with chemistry / plastic will be preferred) Experience: 5 to 8 years Location: Mumbai Work Mode: Office(Sion) 6 days Exposure: Sales experience in master batch plastics industry is must Budget: Up to 19 lakhs Span of control: 2 to 5 members
