We are seeking a passionate and experienced LRDI Faculty member to join our team. As a LRDI Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning to prepare students for various competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students preparing for exams such as CAT, IPMAT, CLAT, etc.
• Teach and mentor students in Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning concepts and strategies.
• Create and implement effective teaching methodologies and learning materials.
• Provide regular feedback and assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve academic excellence and succeed in competitive exams.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to design and update the curriculum as per exam trends and student requirements.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as a LRDI faculty member in a reputed coaching institute or educational organization.
• Expertise in Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning concepts and the ability to teach these subjects effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and foster a positive learning environment.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their academic goals.
• Familiarity with competitive exams such as CAT, IPMAT, CLAT, etc. and their examination patterns.
• Experience in developing study materials, test papers, and mock exams.
• Knowledge of online teaching platforms and tools.
