Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Loyalty Program Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty program strategy, customer engagement, and retention.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and retention.
Design and execute customer segmentation strategies to identify key groups.
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of loyalty programs and make recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and legal adherence.
Create and manage program designs to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate program performance to optimize results.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in loyalty program management, focusing on customer engagement and retention.
Strong analytical skills are needed to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to design and execute customer segmentation strategies.
Experience in driving customer engagement and retention through various channels.
