Job Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Loyalty Program Manager at STORY Experiences Pvt. Ltd. in Noida, India. The role involves managing loyalty programs, analyzing members/channel partner data, overseeing program management, program operations and implementing loyalty marketing strategies to connect brands with their audiences effectively. Qualifications Loyalty Programs and Customer Loyalty expertise (Exp 3-4 Years) Strong Program Management skills Analytical Skills for data interpretation Experience in Loyalty Marketing and designing campaigns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team Experience in the events or marketing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc)

You should have a strong proficiency in 3D Max, Maya, V Ray, AUTOCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Print Files. As a candidate, it is essential to possess a creative flair and the ability to effectively translate requirements into designs for both digital and print mediums. Your responsibilities will involve visualizing, conceptualizing, and creating 2D and 3D graphics. Your day-to-day tasks will include liaising and communicating with team members to ensure clear understanding of briefs and adherence to client guidelines. You will be responsible for gathering information and materials, creating various graphics such as layouts, 3D visuals, venue maps, production line drawings, and 2D print files. Additionally, you will be expected to develop innovative concepts tailored to client requirements, work on highly appealing creatives for pitches and proposals, and present ideas visually and verbally. Furthermore, you will need to conceptualize event-centric themes and collaterals in collaboration with the Client Servicing SPOC, devise design concepts aligned with the organization's business objectives, and ensure the highest quality of creativity. Your role will also involve providing clients with campaign/event-based designs within budget constraints, enhancing the efficiency of subordinates, and strategizing and visualizing creative content for events. You should be able to work independently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and foster healthy interdepartmental coordination. Familiarity with clients" brand guidelines, participation in creative requirements, and proficiency in software such as 3D Max, Maya, V Ray, AUTOCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Print Files are crucial for this role. Your ability to create sketches, 2D graphics, 3D visualizations, floor plans, CAD layouts, build drawings, and print files will be essential to deliver on creative-based requirements effectively.,
