Job Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loyalty Program Manager at STORY Experiences Pvt. Ltd. in Noida, India. The role involves managing loyalty programs, analyzing members/channel partner data, overseeing program management, program operations and implementing loyalty marketing strategies to connect brands with their audiences effectively.

Qualifications

• Loyalty Programs and Customer Loyalty expertise (Exp 3-4 Years)
• Strong Program Management skills
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation
• Experience in Loyalty Marketing and designing campaigns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in the events or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc)
