Work with loyalty platform vendors to ensure smooth execution
Analyze data to optimize program impact and drive growth
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and field teams for on-ground activation

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years in loyalty programs, CRM, or channel marketing
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in field activations & influencer/channel networks is a plus
