Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage loyalty programs from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, brands, and internal teams.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the loyalty program space.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Analyze data to track program performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.
