Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance (CA).Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.Experience: > 10 years.Education: CA required and a Degree in CS is preferred.

The Role

We are hiring a proactive Senior Manager Accounts & Finance (CA) to lead the finance and accounting function.This strategic role will manage end-to-end accounting, ensure financial and statutory compliance, and project financing.The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing statutory compliance, financial reporting, external stakeholder relationships, and ensuring robust financial governance during the project phase and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end accounting and finalization of books across the organization.
  • Manage monthly/annual closings, audits, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure effective fund utilization.
  • Prepare financial MIS, variance analysis, and management dashboards for decision-making.
  • Support project financing financial modelling, lender coordination, disbursements, and compliance.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and manage statutory requirements.
  • Oversee ROC filings, board meeting documentation, and maintain statutory registers.
  • Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, and other regulations.
  • Implement and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies.

Skills And Knowledge

  • Strong exposure to project finance, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Working knowledge of Company Secretarial functions.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
