About The Role

Key Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide spectrum of commercial contracts including vendor agreements, influencer tie-ups, marketing collaborations, distribution agreements, NDAs, and joint ventures.
  

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations including Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, and consumer protection laws. Stay abreast of advertising standards and regulatory updates.
  

Intellectual Property

• Assist in trademark filings, oppositions, brand protection, and managing infringement actions in coordination with IP counsel.
  

Dispute Resolution & Litigation

• Respond to legal notices and consumer complaints. Coordinate with external counsels on litigation and arbitration matters.
  

Corporate Governance & Secretarial Support

• Work closely with the Company Secretary to manage statutory compliance, draft board resolutions, maintain minutes, and support ROC filings.
  

Internal Legal Advisory

• Provide sound legal counsel to internal stakeholders across marketing, HR, sales, R&D, and other business functions to proactively mitigate legal risk.
  

Risk Management & Audits

• Conduct periodic legal audits, implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and devise risk mitigation strategies.
  

• PG: LLM (Law 2-5 years of relevant in-house legal or law firm experience, ideally in FMCG/consumer brands.
• Strong exposure to contracts, IP, regulatory frameworks, and litigation management.
