About The Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced legal professional to join our in-house legal team. The role involves managing end-to-end legal and regulatory responsibilities for Lotus Herbals, ensuring compliance with industry standards while supporting cross-functional business units. Key Management Draft, review, and negotiate a wide spectrum of commercial contracts including vendor agreements, influencer tie-ups, marketing collaborations, distribution agreements, NDAs, and joint ventures. Regulatory Compliance Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations including Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, and consumer protection laws. Stay abreast of advertising standards and regulatory updates. Intellectual Property Assist in trademark filings, oppositions, brand protection, and managing infringement actions in coordination with IP counsel. Dispute Resolution & Litigation Respond to legal notices and consumer complaints. Coordinate with external counsels on litigation and arbitration matters. Corporate Governance & Secretarial Support Work closely with the Company Secretary to manage statutory compliance, draft board resolutions, maintain minutes, and support ROC filings.
