Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loss Prevention Associate in Four Points by Sheraton. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Implement and maintain effective loss prevention strategies to minimize losses.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent loss and damage.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of loss prevention plans.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide training and awareness sessions to staff on loss prevention best practices.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of loss prevention principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems.
