Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loss Prevention Associate in Four Points by Sheraton. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Implement and maintain effective loss prevention strategies to minimize losses.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent loss and damage.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of loss prevention plans.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and awareness sessions to staff on loss prevention best practices.

Job Requirements
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong understanding of loss prevention principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems.
