Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Loss Prevention Associate in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize losses.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to report incidents and enhance security measures.
Train and guide staff on loss prevention procedures and best practices.
Analyze data and trends to inform loss prevention decisions and optimize outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and reports of loss prevention activities.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of loss prevention principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
