Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership:

• Formulate and implement HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational success through strategic HR interventions.

Workforce Management:

• Manage a workforce of 500-750 employees, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower.
• Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, employee retention, and workforce planning to meet current and future organizational needs.

HR Systems & Processes:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust HR systems and processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring the sustainability of structured HR practices.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

• Promote a positive work environment while ensuring adherence to labor laws and corporate policies.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain workplace harmony.

Performance Management & Leadership Development:

• Oversee performance appraisal systems and create tailored employee development plans.
• Implement leadership development programs to nurture future leaders within the organization.

Change Management:

• Act as a catalyst for organizational transformation and drive adoption of best practices in HR.

Operational Excellence:

• Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring resource optimization.
• Ensure smooth HR operations and foster a cohesive team environment.

Key Requirements

Industry Experience:

• Mandatory experience in the

  manufacturing sector

  with a strong grasp of industry-specific HR challenges.

Experience & Career Stability:

• 10-12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including time as an HR Head.
• Preference for candidates with stable career trajectories (minimal job hopping).

Leadership & Team Management:

• Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams while ensuring operational excellence.
• Strong track record in fostering team cohesion and delivering exceptional results.

HR System Implementation:

• Expertise in designing and sustaining efficient HR systems and frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to roll out structured HR processes with lasting impact.

Personal Attributes:

• Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach.
• Patience, resilience, and adaptability to navigate complex challenges.

Educational Qualifications

• MBA in HR

  or an equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
