Freight Forwarder mobilization & Management.

• Logistics Work Package Management
• Faulty parts Packaging, Transportation and delivery to supplier. (both onshore and offshore)
• Pickup of Incoming material. (Ex-works PO)
• GR Waiver indent and closer reconciliation.
• Monthly Logistics Progress reporting
• Co-ordination with Warehouse and Material Planner.
• Verification of FF bills and assuring payment release in time.
• Support to warehouse for timely pickup and delivery of materials.
• EHS and Quality always need to maintain as per Alstom Process and Guideline.
• Support to Custom export and import clearance.
• Support to arrange local/domestic transport service of materials pickup and delivery.
• Optimize the fright cost LCL and FTL
