Urgently Required "Logistics Manager"-(Export Division) in BiG Company @ Ahmedbad-(Gulbai Tekra)

• Position: Logistics Manager (Exports Division)
• Salary: Rs. 12 Lacs PA
• Job Location: H.O., Ahmedabad
• Experience: About 4 years experience in export logistics with a manufacturing company or merchant exporter

Role and Responsibilities:

• Looking after dispatches on global basis from multiple locations
• Preparation of proforma invoices and factory advices
• Coordination with Sales, PPC and manufacturing units
• Ensuring timely dispatches
• Ensuring timely & accurate documentation
• Negotiation of Letters of Credit/ DAP & follow up for payments from customers
• Risk management, viz., credit insurance, marine insurance, health insurance etc.
• Coordination with inspection agencies for conformity/ compliance reports
• Barcode generation & register management
• Availing of Export Benefits
• Preparing Price Lists
• Reduction in Freight & other charges
• Office Administration, including inter alia stationery, office maintenance, foreign & domestic ticketing, visas etc.
• Timely processing of bills of service providers
