Role Overview:

Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end logistics operations across e-commerce and B2B channels
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, transporters, and delivery aggregators
• Monitor dispatch timelines, delivery SLAs, and shipment accuracy
• Ensure seamless flow of goods from warehouse to customers and trade partners
• Optimize transportation costs while maintaining service quality
• Handle returns, reverse logistics, and damage claims efficiently
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams for stock movements and reconciliations
• Maintain documentation, shipment records, and generate periodic performance reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management (FMCG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of transportation, 3PL coordination, and delivery networks
• Experience working with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit logistics portals
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP/logistics tracking tools
