Role Overview:

E-Commerce and Digital Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit
• Monitor and improve campaign ROAS using data-driven techniques
• Analyze daily sales data, identify trends, and execute actionable insights
• Coordinate listing quality, keywords, and creatives to boost product visibility
• Work with internal teams to implement promotions, pricing changes, and ad experiments
• Keep updated with platform algorithms, ad trends, and competitor strategies

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing
• Proven results in handling marketplace ads and increasing ROAS
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with ad dashboards
• Ability to multitask and execute with speed and accuracy
• Knowledge of Indian snack/FMCG category is a plus
