Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Lower Parel West, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Reporting to: Founder /CEO

Responsibilities and accountability:

· Preparing Export Invoices in Excel & Visual Gems.

· Handling Export Dept. with complete Pre-shipment documentation.

· Coordination with bank, customs and buyers to ensure product reaches the buyer on time

· Corresponding with factory for dispatches of shipment.

· Corresponding with CHA for clearance of Import shipments.

· Following up with clearing agents & forwarders for Import shipments.

· Giving details and documents to bank for inward & outward remittance regarding import and export shipments

· procure EPCG licenses as and when required and close completion of obligation.

· Present most cost efficient methods to courier and ship consignments

· Manage export documentation

· Booking DHL for export shipments & submitting clearance documents with shipments.

· Visit to customs dept. for registration of MEIS License.

· Applying for Import Certificate in AEPC.

· Preparing documents & sending to factory for renewal of Textile Committee.

· Sending details to buyers for payments & following up for the same.

· Ensure all BRCs are generated on time

· Adhere to all customs related regulations

· Keeping records of outstanding invoices of buyers.

· Visiting Nhava Sheva / Sahar Customs to solve queries regarding shipment/GST, etc.

· Ensuring compliances of forex regulations on import and exports with banks and DGFT

Required Qualifications for this Job:

Any Graduate

Relevant experience of 8 plus years with import export house

Working knowledge of ERP

Good MS Office skills

Communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
