Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. The Logistics Manager will oversee daily logistics operations including forward and return last mile logistics, project speed of delivery, and logistics vendor management. Manage a team of 4-6 members. Responsibilities include optimising logistic processes, reducing time of delivery, providing excellent consumer experience. The role also involves continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience managing last-mile operations in e-commerce.
• Proven track record of improving delivery speed and cost efficiency.
• Strong command of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups).
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, team training, SOP development and leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
