A Logistics Manager in an export house plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods from the warehouse to the final destination. Some key responsibilities include:

1. *Export Documentation*: Preparing and verifying export documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

2. *Transportation Management*: Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and airlines to book space and arrange transportation.

3. *Customs Clearance*: Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and facilitating clearance of goods.

4. *Inventory Management*: Managing stock levels, tracking inventory, and optimizing warehouse operations.

5. *Supply Chain Optimization*: Analyzing and improving logistics processes to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve delivery times.

6. *Risk Management*: Identifying and mitigating potential risks, such as delays, damage, or loss of goods.

7. *Communication*: Coordinating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
