Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

 The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

Roles & Requirements

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and shipment tracking.
• Handle import and export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, customs clearance, etc.).
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor shipments, maintain records, and prepare logistics reports.
• Support cost control through vendor coordination and negotiation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and trade regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field).
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is needed.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics/import-export is a plus.
• Knowledge of customs clearance, shipping procedures, and incoterms preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is an advantage.
