Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Assistant, located in Ahmedabad. The Export Assistant will be responsible for preparing export documentation, coordinating with customers, managing export logistics, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role also involves liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth import and export processes. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods. Roles & Requirements Coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and shipment tracking. Handle import and export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, customs clearance, etc.). Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor shipments, maintain records, and prepare logistics reports. Support cost control through vendor coordination and negotiation. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and trade regulations. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field). Good command of English (spoken and written) is needed. 2+ years of experience in logistics/import-export is a plus. Knowledge of customs clearance, shipping procedures, and incoterms preferred. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Role Description We are looking for a motivated International Sales Assistant / Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad . This role involves supporting the sales team in managing international clients, handling day-to-day sales operations, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments. The right candidate should be proactive, organised, and comfortable communicating with global customers via email and phone. Responsibilities & Requirements: Reach out to international clients through calls and emails. Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up regularly. Maintain and build strong relationships with overseas customers. Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution. Keep records and documentation updated for sales activities. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
