Logistics Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the entire order fulfilment process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Process and oversee the fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Shipping Coordination: Arrange and coordinate shipments with carriers, track deliveries, and handle any shipping issues that may arise. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records. Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork as required. Customer Service: Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays or issues. Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role. Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
