Alishan Green Energy Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics Executive to join our team. The role is crucial to ensuring the smooth coordination of supply chain activities and maintaining efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory management and transportation.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Monitor and maintain stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Plan and execute dispatch schedules for smooth workflow.

Handle documentation related to shipping, procurement, and deliveries.

Address and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).

Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management (minimum 1-2 years preferred).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant tools.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
