Job Description

Urgent ! Hiring in Genpact in Logistics Operations role

Permanent role

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift Timings-12 PM to 10 PM (UK) OR 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM (US) (candidates has to be open with both shift timings)

5 Days working only 2 fixed weekly off

Senior Logistics Associate/SME to

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily logistics operations independently with high accuracy
  • Track shipments, resolve delivery exceptions, and meet defined TATs
  • Optimize routing and dispatch for cost and service efficiency
  • Coordinate with vendors and 3PL partners for fleet availability
  • Prepare and analyse daily/weekly logistics performance dashboards
  • Ensure 100% documentation and system entry accuracy
  • Support audits and drive corrective actions

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of logistics & transportation workflows
  • Vendor and 3PL management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP / TMS systems
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical / Industrial)

    OR

    Supply Chain / Logistics Management

Preferred Certifications:

  • APICS CSCP
  • CLTD
  • Diploma in Transportation Management
