As a Senior SAP OTC Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP Order-to-Cash processes for both global and regional deployments. Your deep functional expertise in SAP SD, logistics execution, and integration with external systems such as 3PL vendors and eCommerce platforms will be essential for optimizing end-to-end OTC operations and driving digital transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include leading SAP OTC implementations and enhancements from blueprinting to deployment, designing and optimizing OTC workflows including order management, delivery processing, billing, and returns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate financial postings, manage interfaces with external systems, support eCommerce integration, and provide hypercare and AMS support post go-live. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7-10 years of SAP OTC experience, including S/4HANA implementations. SAP certification in SD/OTC is preferred, and experience in manufacturing, consumer electronics, or logistics-heavy environments will be highly valued. Your skills and expertise should encompass strong SAP configuration knowledge in SD/OTC modules, logistics execution, billing, pricing, and customer master data. You should have integration experience with systems like Hybris, SCPI, Salesforce, and 3PL, familiarity with SAP Warehouse Management and Global Trade Services (GTS), and experience with Vistex BRS for rebate and incentive management. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and its OTC capabilities, working experience with e-commerce integration with SAP, excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with AMS support models and incident resolution workflows will be key to your success.
