Job Title: Logistic & Purchase Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage logistics activities including material dispatch, tracking, and delivery.
• Handle purchase activities such as vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and order finalization.
• Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, GRN, and stock records.
• Negotiate with vendors and transporters to ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of materials.
• Work closely with the production and accounts team to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and timely reporting to management.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure timely payments and deliveries.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of logistics and purchase operations in the manufacturing industry.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic ERP systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Logistics or related field.
• Relevant work experience in logistics and purchase (2–5 years).
