· Plan, manage, and monitor logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
· Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for freight, shipping, and last-mile delivery
· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
· Optimize routes and freight costs while maintaining high service levels.
· Handle import/export documentation and liaise with clearing agents when required.
· Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, freight cost per shipment, and order accuracy, and prepare MIS reports for management.
· Lead, train, and motivate logistics and warehouse teams to achieve operational excellence.
· Resolve issues related to damaged goods, shipment delays, or transport discrepancies.
Skills:
· Strong knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, and warehouse operations.
· Proficiency in ERP systems, WMS, TMS, and MS Office tools.
· Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Effective leadership and team management skill.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
