Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage

  import/export documentation

  (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, LC, Shipping Instructions, etc.).
• Coordinate with

  freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters

  for timely delivery.
• Ensure

  on-time dispatch

  of finished garments and clearance of imported raw materials.
• Track

  shipment schedules and cargo status

  , keeping stakeholders updated.
• Ensure compliance with

  customs laws, DGFT, EXIM policies, and INCOTERMS

  .
• Negotiate rates with shipping agents and transporters for

  cost efficiency

  .
• Maintain accurate

  records of imports, exports, and logistics expenses

  .
• Collaborate with

  merchandising and production teams

  to align logistics with buyer requirements.
• Handle

  insurance claims, duty drawback, and export incentives

  where applicable.
• Prepare

  monthly MIS reports

  on shipments, lead times, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field

  .

• 3–12 years

  of experience in Import/Export & Logistics (

  Garment industry preferred

  ).
• Strong knowledge of

  customs clearance procedures, INCOTERMS, EXIM documentation

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, ERP systems, and logistics software

  .
• Excellent

  negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills

  .
• Ability to

  manage multiple shipments under pressure

  .

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:

  ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Take Home)
