Logistic executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Logistics Executive to manage delivery operations, coordinate with technicians, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and timely delivery of products/services, maintain strong communication with customers, and supervise the technician team to ensure service quality and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Coordination:
• Plan and schedule daily delivery routes.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for stock availability.
• Customer Support:
• Handle customer queries and complaints related to delivery or service.
• Provide timely updates and resolutions to customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Technician Supervision:
• Manage and assign daily tasks to field technicians.
• Collect and review daily reports from technicians.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and service quality of technicians.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain records of delivery schedules, technician reports, and customer feedback.
• Submit daily/weekly reports to management.
• Highlight operational issues and suggest improvements.
• Team Coordination:
• Communicate clearly with internal departments for smooth logistics flow.
• Train new technicians or delivery staff as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/customer support/field operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage field teams and resolve operational challenges.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with delivery apps, route planning, or GPS tracking is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
