Job Description

.

Key Responsibilities-

Creation of Sales Invoice and Credit Notes for both domestic and exports on a daily basis
Export Documentation and declaration post-dispatch
To ensure timely clearance of import shipments without any overdue BE charges and Interest on Import Duties.
Preparation of import documents and close the Bill of Entry in Bank.
Verification of transporters/courier bills for timely payment by the finance and accounts team
Sales Plan Generation & execution: Coordination with stakeholders to ensure dispatch of the sales plan
MIS & reporting: Import Control File, Invoice Control File
Ensuring 5S is maintained and working on Kaizens

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in export documentation and invoicing in a logistics/export-oriented role.

Salary Range- 3-3.6 LPA
