? Material Receipt, Issue and Return as per the SEZ Norms.
? Preparing MRR (Material Receipt Report), IR/GRN, MIN, DIN, OGP, IGP
? Preparing various MIS, Material stock statements.
? Vehicle movement report. Vehicle riding controlling report, maintaining inward register
on system.
? Documentation of Pipe, Fittings Site, job work material from SEZ.
? Preparing and maintaining of documents for Inter Company Sale (ICS) /MICS.
? Ensuring timely dispatch of ICS Material and coordinating with logistics cell for
deploying vehicle.
? Coordinating with buyer/Vendor for material rejection vide circulation of USOD report
and DR (Post rejection material).
? Coordinated for job work pipe / Fittings dispatch to CBI-Bahrain.
