Logistic Coordinator

As a Logistics Manager at our company based in Faridabad, Gurukul Road, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations in the FMCG industry. Your main responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and monitoring logistics strategies, managing warehouse operations and transportation, ensuring on-time delivery of products, optimizing costs, and maintaining high service standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and internal teams, monitoring order processing, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, analyzing logistics reports, and managing team supervision and training. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, implement, and monitor the overall logistics and supply chain strategy. - Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation. - Ensure on-time delivery of FMCG products to distributors, retailers, and clients. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations. - Optimize logistics costs while maintaining high service standards. - Monitor order processing, stock levels, and dispatch schedules. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas of improvement. - Handle team supervision, training, and performance evaluation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. - 4 to 5 years of proven experience in logistics, preferably in FMCG. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, and distribution. - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software. - Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. - Strong communication and coordination abilities.
