Logistic Coordinator

As a Logistics Manager at our company located in Faridabad, Gurukul Road, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations in the FMCG industry. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth distribution, effective inventory management, and timely delivery of goods while also maintaining cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, implement, and monitor the overall logistics and supply chain strategy. - Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation. - Ensure on-time delivery of FMCG products to distributors, retailers, and clients. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations. - Optimize logistics costs while upholding high service standards. - Monitor order processing, stock levels, and dispatch schedules. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas of improvement. - Handle team supervision, training, and performance evaluation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. - 4 to 5 years of proven experience in logistics, preferably in FMCG. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, and distribution. - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software. - Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. - Strong communication and coordination abilities.
