Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Location Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and be based in a location to be determined. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily operations of the bank's branches. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base. Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to meet sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and deposits. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Strong understanding of banking regulations and industry standards. Experience in managing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
