Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Location Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and be based in a location to be determined. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily operations of the bank's branches. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base. Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to meet sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
