Job Summary

As a Loan Servicing Specialist within the Loans group, you will execute critical servicing tasks to support our financial operations. You will handle processes such as Cash Operations, Loan Setup & Maintenance, and Loan Account Management, ensuring all activities meet established Service Level Agreements. This role offers valuable opportunities to develop your skills and make a significant impact on our team’s performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet established Quality and Quantity SLAs.
  • Ensure full compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls.
  • Complete all servicing transactions within the SLA on the same day.
  • Promptly follow up with upstream and downstream partners for missing notifications.
  • Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of documents.
  • Identify process changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Accurately maintain loan records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve servicing issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on loan servicing metrics as required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, or possess equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrate 0+ months of experience in the Financial Services industry with a record of delivery.
  • Understand business financial statements, cash flow capacity, and loans across various industries.
  • Exhibit strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills for analyzing large data sets.
  • Manage clients effectively, build partnerships, and engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Apply effective time management and prioritization skills to meet business objectives.
  • Communicate clearly and work independently on multiple assignments.
