A BDE (Business Development Executive) for loan processing plays a key role in acquiring new clients, handling inquiries, and managing the loan application process. Here’s a typical job description for a BDE in this field:Role Overview:The Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and promoting various loan products offered by the company. The role involves field/telephonic sales, customer relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development Identify prospective customers for personal loans, business loans, home loans, auto loans, or any other loan products. Conduct outbound calls, field visits, and follow-up with leads to convert them into successful sales. Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and processing fees clearly to customers. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the management. 2. Customer Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Assist customers through the complete loan application process. Collect required documents and coordinate with the internal verification team. 3. Market ResearchUnderstand the competitive landscape and provide insights to management. Stay updated with latest trends, interest rates, and offers in the loan/finance industry. 4. Reporting Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline status. Update CRM/Excel sheets with accurate customer data. Eligibility Criteria / Requirements: Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream. Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply). Prior experience in loan sales/finance/banking will be an added advantage.
